Cost Of Services

Initial appointment is $100 and will take up to 1.5 hours. We will go through your detailed health history, your current diet and discuss initial recommendations for your unique situation. Dietary analysis, meal plan, shopping list will be prepared for your first follow up appointment.

After the initial appointment, all one-on-one services are $65 per hour. This can include in person or telephone consultations, grocery tours, or pantry organization help.

Value Packages:

3 appointments at 15% discount

5 appointments at 20% discount

All value packages are to be paid at the time of the first appointment. All packages are nonrefundable.

Vitality through Nutrition, LLC reserves the right to increase fees at any time with no previous notice. This does not apply to clients who prepaid for a series of services.
